Bizideo Glossary
Bizit: Are tools you can add to your site pages in Bizideo’s Video Website Wizard. Bizit availability depends on account type and new Bizits are added as completed in development. If you would like to request the creation of a Bizit please email us at Info@Bizideo.tv.
Browser Restrictions: Our Video Website Wizard works in the latest 2 versions of FireFox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome. Published pages are viewable in all modern browsers. Currently you cannot edit your Wizard page on a mobile device; however you can upload files using your mobile device as well as view published mobile pages.
Console URL: This shows the published page URL as well as the page URL if you are editing a page other than your Index page. Any page name displayed here when you publish a page will have it's content overwritten by your published content.
Embed Page: These views can be built like any other page in the Wizard with the exception of size restraints. Embed Pages are designed to be embedded into an existing site. You can generate an embed code and paste the code into any existing site that allows you to paste HTML and Javascript to have your Embed Page appear in your existing website.
Mobile View: Build your mobile page in this view, this is the content your visitors will see when accessing it from a mobile device.
No Logo On Your Player: We don’t put our logo on your video player like YouTube or Brightcove (unless you pay to remove it) do.
Page Settings: This is where you set your Page/Meta Data. This is the information displayed in searches.
Player & Playlist: A player is the video player itself that you can add to a page, it allows site visitors to play and view the content within it. Players can broadcast video and audio files. Playlist is a list of content in the order you want it to appear in a player.
Pre & Post Roll Image Ad: The ability to add an image with a link to appear for desired number of seconds before and/or after a video plays.
Setup & Monthly Cost: The setup is a 1 time payment and covers your first month of service. Monthly cost is what you are charged each month after the setup is paid, or if there is no setup it is the cost of your first month of operation as well. This cost includes access to the Wizard system, Live Support access, and access to all the tools and abilities detailed for that relating account as well as the hosting cost of all those uploaded items, the site built in our Wizard and the delivery of those items.
Stop Graphic: The image that appears in a player before it’s been activated or when you stop the video from playing. It also shows up as the thumbnail in the playlist.
Publish Page: Once you are happy with how your page looks you can publish it, allowing it to be live and viewable.
Website Hosting: No downloads are required for our Video Website Wizard to work. We also host any uploaded content as well as the pages made in our Wizard.
