Impression Management provides professional public seminars, webinar series, books and video subscriptions that help train leaders. The topics covered vary greatly and focus around teaching employees and managers alike on how to communicate better, solve complicated problems and build better relationships. After mastering seminars and offering print documents to their clients Impression Management reached out to video delivery as well to help reach professionals unable to attend seminars.
Video allows Impression Management to reach corporate and private viewers who wish to expand their professional communication and problem solving skills in their own time and in what location works best for them. Their users suddenly have the ability to watch a video more than once, watch it over lunch, check it out after their meeting or view it from home if the work day is too busy.
Impression Management is able to broadcast webinars or training videos with ease, including the ability to schedule videos to release based on corporate agreements with the employers offering the content as training material. This new avenue also allows Impression Management to demonstrate the quality of their training materials for free through a public viewer. By previewing some of their powerful communication series on their public viewers visitors to their website are able to gauge if that series would be helpful, and know what to look for if they want to purchase the rest of the series or pick a seminar to attend.
Bizideo worked with Impression Management to develop a custom Enterprise Solution that would work best for their content delivery needs. This included the creation of custom video viewing portals based on what their designer provided us as well as a public video library and a private/subscription based one. As Impression Management’s video needs evolved we customized a menu system for their users, as well as a log in portal so that users remain on the Impression Management site at all times and are experiencing a fully branded visit.
Impression Management needed more than just a standard video subscription solution, they actually needed several subscription models to reach their clients. To do this we worked with them to find out what they needed and how we could deliver it while staying within budget.
