Supported Browsers by Account Type
The Enterprise Solutions should work in most desktop internet browsers, for mobile browsers we support more recent versions of smart phones with our Mobile UI. If you have issues accessing your Enterprise please check your security settings to make sure that you don’t have cookies completely disabled, cache completely disabled or javascript completely disabled. If you continue having issues please contact us at Support@Bizideo.tv and be sure to include your browser type and version.
Like the Enterprise Solution these should work in most browsers. Normally if there is an issue viewing something on a page it relates to the security setting of your browser. Please check to make sure that javascript and css are permitted. In edit mode the Wizard is supported in the most recent versions of the big browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. If you encounter issues accessing your Wizard in edit mode please contact us with your Wizard Account, Browser and Browser version at Support@Bizideo.tv
If you registered with one email but need to switch your account to a different email we can take care of that for you, just contact us at Support@Bizideo.tv and keep in mind that this will not alter your billing information. Please be sure to include the email you would like us to change and what you would like it changed to.
