When it comes to having complicated or varied content it can be hard to make sure the users who need to see it have access, and that users who have no or little need for it aren't being bombarded with irrelevant content. Targeting content can be overly complex, but with the Bizideo Enterprise Solution it doesn't have to be.
Target Based On Keywords
Our keyword mapping system can help you intelligently apply tag content as you publish it. You can set keywords up on a Playlist (collection of content) level and/or an individual level (single video). These keywords can be entered ahead of time for you and/or you can enter them as you go. To help eliminate inconsistent keyword we have an auto complete solution to help show you keywords as you enter one.
Target Based On User
For member systems we also suggest displaying content based on user tags/keywords. An example of this would be the following:
- User: Gerald Finch
- Role: Basic Member
- Keywords: art,music,paint,oil paint,watercolor paint,artist
These keywords would let your Enterprise System know that Gerald might be interested in any content or playlist that features one of more of those keywords. You can still assign other content but this relevant content would be available as well.
Target Based on Subscription or User Groups
When it comes to targeted delivery you can not only dictate what content appears based on User and Keywords but you can also deliver content based on Subscriptions and Groups. These collections of users share common traits and you can refine what content they see by their shared information. For example:
Group 1 : Sales Staff
Keywords = company sales,marketing,sales,pricing,company news,meeting recaps
Group 2 : Support Staff
Keywords = tech,webinars,company news,meeting recaps
Group 3 : Creative Staff
Keywords = created content,company news,meeting recaps,tutorials,stock clips
Group 4 : Customers
Keywords = company news,customer,promotional
