Import Enterprise Users
It’s now easier to add a large catalog of users to your Bizideo Enterprise Solution. You can still add users manually, but now you can also import your system’s users quickly.
- To do this Log Into you Administrative Account
- Click Member Manager
- Click Add a User
- You’ll now see the option to upload a CSV of users to your system
- Once you selected your CSV it will update with your new users populated into the Add a User form. Making importing a list of users even easier.
How to Format your CSV File
First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password (leave blank to auto generate), User Level, BizKey (Playlist for their Subscription)
Your BizKey is the 6 character ID for a Playlist, the first 3 characters are your account ID and the last 3 are the Playlist itself. You may also leave the BizKey blank, if you aren't sure contact us at Support@Bizideo.tv to learn what format you should use for your Enterprise System.
Schedule a Mass E-Mail in your Member Manager
The Enterprise Video Delivery Solution is capable of delivering messages to your system users. This allows you to communicate with your video system users easily without leaving your solution, and that ease has just gotten greater! You can now schedule a message to be sent at a future time and date. An ideal tool for announcing video subscriptions that rotates on a schedule and announcing new content.
To Schedule a Mass E-Mail
If you see the Send E-Mail link in your Enterprise manager you can use this new scheduling tool.
- Log into your Bizideo Video Delivery Solution Administrative Account
- Go to Member Manager
- Click “Send E-Mail”
- After you set up your message click use the tools at the bottom to either schedule your message to send at a future date and time or click to send it now.

- You can send to multiple users using the To:, CC: or BCC:.
