Generating an Embed Code in the Enterprise
Using the Embed Code generator you can easily place your video (with or without playlist) wherever you would like (that accepts HTML). You can also brand your player and control how it behaves, giving you a strong level of control.
- Click Content Manager
- Click Playlists
- Option I : Playlist Level Embed Code (includes all the content in that playlist)
Click the embed button on the right end of the Playlist you wish to embed.
- Option II : Individual Video Embed Code
Click Edit Playlist to enter the playlist the video you wish to embed is in
Click the embed code button for that video
OR
Click the fast embed code and copy it
The Embed Generator
Dimensions Control how wide and how tall your Player area appears in pixels.
Behavior
- Play Single Item - Great for individual videos that are part of a playlist when you just want one to play
- Repeat - If items in your playlist will repeat automatically
- Auto Play - We suggest not having this enabled as visitors may find it annoying to have things automatically play but it is included as an option here
- Shuffle - Randomly impacts the play items in the Playlist
Advanced
- Custom Loading Message - In case you would like to brand what users see when the player is loading
Controls & Playlist
- Control Bar Position - If and where you want the video controls to appear
- Playlist - If you would like the Playlist to appear as a scrollable menu for users, and where you want it to appear
- Playlist Size - How large the Playlist is
Appearance
- Background Color - This is for the Control Bar Color
- Front Color - The color of the controls
- Light Color - The sound bar color
- Screen Color - The Color of the area behind the video
- Video Stretching - How the video is displayed
Player Skin The ability to select a predone player skin, however Appearance controls may not work for all skins
Embed Code Box Where your generated code will appear, this code is what you will need to copy and paste into your website.
Generate Code Creates them Embed Code
Preview Once a code is generated you can click preview to have it display in the Embed Code Generator popup window, you may need to scroll to see it.
Reset Will only appear once you have generated a code, in case you need to change settings.
Just a Note
- CC Icon / Closed Caption Will automatically appear on the player if you have uploaded a SRT file to that video.
- HD Icon (On Off) Will automatically appear if you have an HD video.
