Bizideo has been providing video subscription services as well as video pay per view services for years. It is not uncommon for a company to benefit from offering quality video subscriptions to their users. Companies like Impression Management and ILostMyJob utilize our video subscription services to provide their customers with high end professional advice. We will work with you to set up your own video subscription or pay per view service depending on your needs.
Video Subscriptions – What does this include?
This allows you to sell or give access to different playlists of content. We can help you set up a cart/payment system so that you are able to charge for access, or if you would like we can work with your existing cart/payment system. Depending on the nature of your subscription you may need a slightly customized system that handles multiple subscriptions a user, have expiration dates or limited views/downloads of content. We can also customize how these views look for you, or you can use our Wizard system to build and manage your own subscription templates.

Do I have to sell my subscriptions?
No, we’ve had clients use the subscription services to help target content for their existing customers. We can help you set it up so you can grant access to videos based on either a user’s email or the user’s level. (We have multi-tier permissions set up for role based access)
Times that you may want to offer free subscriptions:

- Educational reasons, meaning they are already a member or student
- Training, for internal staff that may need access to different information
- Interest based content, for those who may have a large library of content and want to offer users an easy way to subscribe based on their interests
What sort of support will I get?
If you have an Enterprise account you will receive virtual training on the different elements of your system. Due to the nature of your system it may take more than one training session to cover it all. You will also have access to our Support Center and Support staff. Any bugs or questions you have would go to your Bizideo Support contact directly. If your customers require training we can also arrange to offer branded support on your behalf as either a 1 time instance or as part of your solution.
What is the cost?
This depends on if you already have a Bizideo Solution and on what sort of extra needs (such as branded menu and branded support) you may require. Normally for an existing Enterprise customer setup is $2,000 and each month after is $99 + usage (encoding & bandwidth). There are no limits to the amount of media or users you can have.
